3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Virginia Code § 9.1-918 makes intimidating or harassing misuse of Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry information a Class 1 misdemeanor. Registry data supports lawful public-safety awareness, not confrontation or punishment.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness.
